I've ordered it but not yet received it. I ordered from eCost.com for $442 and change, plus a "handling fee." They had the best price I could find on the net, and get excellent ratings from Bizrate.com. The printer itself has received some rave reviews, but of course I can't yet speak from personal experience.

Ron thanks for your reply let me know how it works once you get it. It does sound like a real good printer and am going to update one of mine soon. BTW I am from NE PA about 11 miles north of Scranton.

I'M NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE HP1220C. DOES IT ALLOW MEMORY UPGRADE? MY HP1120C SLOWS MY PROGRAM DOWN TO A CRAWL WHILE IT'S PRINTING.
OTHER THEN THAT I'M VERY PLEASED WITH IT AND MY HP450C.
