    Dimensions at CAD corners

Why is it when I pull some dimensions to CAD corners they don't always default to the corner I am trying dimension to? It seems half the time they catch the other end of that line and I have to manually pull the extension line back so it will be spaced properly from the object.

Now that I have stared this thread I finally realized the the dimension is seeking out the "start" of the CAD line even if I am trying to dimension to the "end" of the line. I assume there is some default setting I can change to fix this, just have to find it.

Found it. Dimension DBX; Locate objects; CAD objects; Check only "Ends/Corners"

Ain't life grand when you can solve your own problems

Check that. When I use dimension grab handles to locate a CAD corner it still seeks out the start of the CAD line.

I am still having this problem with X4. Only way I have solved it is to uncheck 'ends and corners' before drawing the dimension. If it has already snapped to the wrong end, sometimes I can move it and sometimes not. A frustrating nuisance.
