Question Help: Different elevations of buildings

The house and garage are on different elevations and for the life of me I cannot figure out how to get the garage to the same level/elevation of the house.

As for the house...It's not drawn correctly (which I believe is the problem) but I believe I have it drawn ok so that I can't send over for construction drawings. The house is actually a pier and beam and it sits 57-3/4" above foundation grade to the bottom of the exterior door. Garage is a slab.

I'm attaching a hallway/breezeway from within the house from the stair landing to the second floor of garage. But I need to get the elevation of the buildings correct.

Tim, just found out I don't need ot go to Austin. I'll look at what you have posted here. We deal with pier & beam.

Got your pictures Tim. Thanks. I already have the heights set correctly and will place windows and doors...ballparking from pictures. I might just make you a symbol for the crown with returns and top drip edge. I'll set the stretch planes so you can adjust easily too. I'll set some brick foundation blocks and lattice sorta based on pictures sent. This is not too bad to do. I'll probably have something for you tomorrow. Did you notice we got RAIN today!

Hopefully you get to feeling better.

Tommy you ROCK!! The rain was nice, hopefully it made its way to putting out the wild fires in our area. So many people lost their homes, very sad.

I sent you an invite to Construction Online, you can view more images there and upload the file there if you like. Or just email.

The only thing I'm showing in the CD's is the alley in-between the house and the garage where I'm connecting the two buildings off of the landing in the house. (that's a long sentence).

I'll need to draw in the back porch, its roof and the walk-through with the roof attached to the garage.
