Security connection issue X4

Hi Guys (& girls),

I have just moved and have no internet connection yet (yes it does happen here). I have access in the office through a proxy server but for some reason X4 can't connect and give me the attached message. Does anyone know how I can tell it which way to look. It's times like this when a software program is threatening to shut me out of my work that I can get really p'd off with the program. This could be a firewall issue as well but haven't worked that out either.
I can access my digital locker, help videos etc no problem and can connect to all things Chief with both firefox and IE.
Oh and its X4 32 bit on XP
