    Thanks Gerry for your time. This kind of stuff gets us thinking. Quite frankly, it does seem like a lot of work, kind of like my attempt to auto calculate the CLOSED PLINE AREAS on a recent job I did. Hope to see you Saturday, your expertise will be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for working on this for me. It does look like it is a lot of work to keep it all straight. It's not that hard to grab a calculator and add up all the sq ft of windows.
    Would you mind posting the macros? I like to try to reverse engineer what you did. I think that I can learn quite a bit doing that. It makes me think. (sometimes it hurts though!)
