International Building code 2003
I hope this is not a duplicate post but I need to have access to a International Buliding code 2003. Is there a free version that can be accessed online somewhere?

I don't believe there is ... I would suggest you make a trip to your local library or if you have a used book store in your area, check there. I am not sure what's on the shelves any more ... maybe 2009 which apparently doesn't help you.
Another option would be to call a building official and see if they have one you could look at.
I have the 2003 here so if what your looking for isn't extensive, give me a call at 208-935-1521 and I will look up and read the particular section you need.Curt Johnson

Building code
yeah, I called the building departments and they have a printed version available, but I was hoping to avoid the trip if there is something online.
I found this document and it looks like it is authentic, but I can't be sure. Can you guys take a look at it and let me know if it is authentic. I would like to download this for future reference if it is authentic

I use http://publicecodes.citation.com/ico...009-000019.htm for all my codes as a quick reference. It looks like they only have the latest codes however. I can't find an archived version back to 2003. This site is a good free reference though.

I use this website as it has all the current codes of most states. So if your area is using 2003 (not sure your location geocoy) it should be there.Len Dalton
