"Delete Objects" command -for deleting trees?

    Hi,
From plan view, I used Edit, Delete Objects to remove terrain objects (scope was All Floors). I took a 3D view and the trees were not deleted. Trees are included in the Plants layer.

But, the "Delete Objects" does not include "Plants" in the list of objects to select for this command.

Any suggestions how to delete all trees and plants from a plan?

I think we should be able to select any layer, (in use in a plan) , and delete all objects from that layer with this command. Your thoughts? A future improvement for CA?

    Best,
    Tom

Go to the "All Off" layer set.

Turn on only the "Plants" layer.

Then "Marquee-Select" all plants and then select "Delete".

If you're talking about the Delete Objects command - trees are "images". So are dogs, Man Walking etc - so be aware it will take those away at the same time. If you have just a couple of those, it can be faster to select them first, Ctrl-C to put them on your windows clipboard. Delete Objects - Images. Then Ctrl-alt-V to put them back.

    Thanks for the ideas.
I didn't remember that trees are included as images.
Using layers (on/off) and selecting works well.
