Awnings

I need to dress up two plans as fast as I can. One thing I could use are canvas awnings if someone could model these for me they could email me and let me know the cost. I also had looked into two rendering packages for these two plans to see if they included theses items and Fypon type precast railing systems. The rendering packages were Artlantis or Virtual image from eagle point If anyone using these woulkd you know if they included these items and are rendering packages hard to use and do they print to scale.
