Living Area

Art what are you doing to us, now living areas on brick veneer walls only calculate from frame, as a BV wall is 110 brick,40 air gap, & 90 frame total 240 (main layer inside centre). We need it to include brick veneer (outer wall surface). Now a smart person might reset wall layers to brickwork as main layer instead of frame after finishing plan, but area will not update on plan check done as before when main layer reset, only if plan saved then reopened will it update.
