insert cooktop into cabinet
Hi all, I having issues inserting a gas cooktop from google sketchup into chief X2.
All goes well until i view the inserted cooktop and it sits higher than benchtop, by about 80-100mm.
I have tried varied methods of inserting the appliance ie varying the height but no luck - any tips or tricks would be appreciated.

You must adjust the ORIGIN. There are videos at ChiefTutor.com explaining this process.

put a negative number equal to how far down you need the cooktop to sit in the z origin value.
