CA -PremierX3 Scaling polyline

New user;
Imported polyline of houise footprint from surveyors plan saved in Autocad lite.
Would like to rescale so that one side that measures 3" will measure 45'
How can we do this?

The manual method is to draw a cad line or wall to the size needed
then select the image and using a corner move handle (to maintain aspect ratio)

drag the image until the know length on the image matches the cad line or wall that you placed

method two is selecting the image and using the resize picture tool

method three is selecting the image and using the transform/replicate resize tool

Resize the entire dwg by 180x's. (45x12=540/3=180).
Group select the whole dwg import, select transform/replicate from the edit toolbar that pops up & resize 180.
