CAD Block Bumping - Pushing

Hello to all,

Ok, this may be a Chief 101 class but I can't seem to figure this out. I am trying to create a CAD block with bumping assigned to it.

1. I create a CAD block and name it whatever.
2. Under the line style tab I check the Bumping radio buttons, work fine. Block bumps against walls like I want it to.
3. I add said CAD block to library.
4. When I insert the CAD block into a plan, whether it be the existing one or a new plan, the Bumping radio buttons are unchecked.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

On a side note, it would be nice if the CAD block would come in on the same layer it was created on without having to explode it.
