bump out box bay

thanks for the links - that is a great resource. I was looking for a bump out that is not a walk out - no foundation. If I do it as am automatic bay window then I can't seem to change the materials. If I create the walls then I can't seem to offset the walls higher - as in a 7' bay wall on 9' main wall.
