im a design builder and i have been doing my own doc's. i have a registered architect who has been reviewing and stamping my work. she is now out of the state and im finding it difficult to continue with her waiting for the mail.
i am also becoming to busy to do it all myself. i would love to be able to do the design for the client and then have you finish it.
