Problem with my background in render shots
Hi all,
I have attched a pic showing a weird background behind a home I am dong.
What should be a clear blue sky is a bit like a test pattern on an old tv.
Can anyone shed some light on what the issue may be?
I am hoping it is Chief related and not my video card.
Many thanks,
Scott

Try toggling "Use Surface Backdrop" in your render preferences.

Hi again Keith,
While it's working fine in quick render, it's reverting to the test pattern type of thing I attached in the original inquiry once I go to Final View.
Is there anything else I might be able to do?
Regards,
Scott

i have only owned one radeon card! threw the thing out in favour of nvidia stuff because its dislaly quality in counterstrike (an online war game) was terrible. dunno if your card is the problem, perhaps the drivers arent right.
