Wrapping Stair Help

Posted is an L stair with the bottom 2 risers wrapping around the landing. This is what I am trying to do, although the bottom two risers and landing are actually a soffit. When drawing the stair, the wrap stair works on the bottom flight, but once it is attached to the secondary flight that attaches to the upper level, the wrap is undone and the bottom two risers split into two independant flights. Does this make sense? is anyone able to help me? The soffit idea works, although there can be no railing and I would really love to be able to use a proper stair.

Try putting a break in the landing..
I Jogged it to see better..
