Lower/Raise

Hello all,

If you have several buildings in one lot, the terrain slopes from and your houses follow the slope in pad cuts starting from higher to lower, how do you lower an entire house without having to re do the individual floor heights for each house?

Example:
Higher house sits at 0 level
Next house sits at -6", next at -12" and so on...

If you are bringing in houses into a new terrain with the slopes already worked out, the new houses you bring in sit at 0 level by default. How do you lower them?
