Polecat,
Negative on the negative level numbers.
How else would you have a garage flooe 8" below the o level of the main floor.Same with porches and decks.
I did a plane last year where I had a 4 unit townhouse project and each unit was 2; beloe the adjacent unit because ot the street grade.
I will say it would have been a ****-of-lot easier to start with the lower unit and gone up up I did it the hard way.
Also they were two story units ,talk about asking for trouble!Got em done though.Long story short you can use negative floor values.
Have a great week,Ken
Hope you get it worked outKenneth L. Thompson

but we are talking about negative floor HEIGHTS which are very much allowed
Glenn:
I know that and stated that
Poelcat did refer to negative floor levels...
to clarify for 3 stories below grade and 2 stories above grade
assuming 10' per story:
floor 0 floor height would be -30'
floor 1 floor height would be -20'
floor 2 floor height would be -10'
floor 3 floor height would be 0'
floor 4 floor height would be 10'
