    couple of questions

    1. I've downloaded a 3d symbol for a PA speaker and it won't let me rotate it vertically. I can spin it laterally, move it horizontally from floor to ceiling, but I can't tilt it forward.... (see attached pic) I don't know how to attach a symbol or I would.

    2. Can someone tell me how create a simple stage about 12 inches tall front and center? You can see the stairs I used in the attached picture.

    many thanks!

    I'm using X2.

Open the Symbol dbx (the little chair icon) and adjust the angles there (x and/or y axis)

That probably means that the symbol's origin is may above or way below. The rotation is about it's origin.

Purs, to me that is a rotate -90 in the x axis in the 3d tab, and 'sits on floor' in the options tab.

Try this one, it is a PA symbol that might work for you.

Thanks! I'll try what y'all said. If you want to see the symbol I'm trying to use it's located here on the far right of the page under CAD drawings: http://www.qscaudio.com/products/speakers/kw_series/ KW153 3D to be exact.

rotating made the symbol disappear but based on what you said I realized it was below floor level, so I moved it up and all is good. Thank you all!
Now can anyone tell me how to draw or create a simple one level stage?
