Registration problem
I have x-2 on both my home computer as well as my office machine, I use the USB key yet when I try to fire up the program on my home machine it does not seem to recognize the key and tries to take me through the registration process which will not work. Any suggestions before tech support opens tomorrow?

Steve:
which OS on both PC's ???
What are the specs for the PC's ???
it sounds like the hasp driver needs attention
you could download it from CA's website or maybe even the Hasp vendor's website
verify which driver you have in the working PC and if they are using the same OS then try to download that one
if the OS is different then try to get a driver for that OS

Thanks Lew
The machine at home is operating on XP and the office is on Vista, there must have been an upgrade to the key or something. I tried it on my laptop and it worked fine. I guess I need to update the OS on my home machine.
Has anyone used X-2 on windows 7 yet?
Thanks for your help. SteveSteven E. Senger CGB, CGP, Master CGP
