I'm still having trouble with one plan...I did plan in X-2. The foundation plan is showing footings as a solid line. I 'm sure this is a simple thing to fix, it's just that I'm spending so much time trying to fix it and watching videos etc that I can't get on to other things. Can someone please help
Thanks
RCarter.
PS..I'm a full time CA user for several years and can't believe that this has me stumped

Open one and make sure "By Layer" is checked and then make sure the line type is right for that layer set..

Like Allen has suggested it has to be some setting, so the best general advice is to really look at the layer, object and other possible settings, find from which vector it is being ordered to look as it does and then take the indicated action.
It might be a bug but it is probably just a setting that you assumed is one way but is otherwise than you supposed.
You find it by looking and confronting what IS there as opposed to assuming.

I got dashed footing lines back by changing " Set Drawing Scale" to 1/2"= 1'-0". I thought this was supposed to be 1" = 1"...Go figure
Thanks Guys
