Wainscoting help PLEASE!!

I wanted to try it.
Wall on the left has "wall covering"
Right is a "Pony wall"
I used a "Room Molding" for the chair rail.
That cuts out for door and windows..

Only difference is if you look at the window casing..

Doing panels might be harder..
