Depends on what you mean by easily, and how familiar you are with importing custom symbols to V10. I don't think it will be easy to model the window in V10, but if you can model it in Sketchup Pro or some other modeler that can export to DWG (3d) or one of the other formats that V10 accepts then that can be imported as a custom window symbol. But without experience doing this, you may find it time-consuming.
With X1 and above's Sketchup compatibility, this is greatly simplified (at least in my opinion).
Hmmm..you say the plan is V10, but your signature says X1. Working on this for someone else in V10?

Yes, I agree X1 is much more fluid in generating and importing new 3D items.
Although - I've never used SU...
Yes, this is for a regular client who still uses V10...(so, it's a bit of a drag).
I have 3 right now on the table for this client in 10. Along with 7 projects in X1.CA User since 1997.
Current: V10, X1, X2
