    First of all thanks to Jonathan & Louis for the octagonal.

    Any attempt at changing the springline, up or down, will make the arch "snap" back to the 12-11/16" drop.
    On a different method, yes it can. Just mull the mulled transoms and main windows together. See attached sample done in V10.

    Wow! Thanks, Jintu. There's some news we can use.

    I just tried it and it works fine, in a little "let's try this" plan.

    My problem is that in my big plan in which I want to do these windows, the transom windows are in the attic level, and the windows immediately below are in the second floor level. Being on different levels, I cannot mull them vertically.

    Any suggestions? My file, zipped, has been posted here in an earlier post.

    Create both transoms and windows to where it will mull, in this case the second floor.
