If I make a separate terrain perimeter from my property line, it would be LARGER, not SMALLER, than my property lines.

Yes, that is what I meant, the terrain perimeter should be larger than the lot lines and always kept separate.

Just a comment to any Chief Developers monitoring this thread:
Outside of the USA, site boundaries often follow an ISO Standard for surveying where all bearings are given East of North or (West of South depending upon the traverse) in degrees from N zero. Thus CAD 0 degrees is 90 degrees bearing. We enter a boundary as N 90 E (or S 270 W... rotation is always clockwise) to get 0 CAD bearing... thus the display angles for the site boundary are quite useless to us since they will never match what is on the registered survey drawing and must be done manually. A user defined label for lines would be very nice to have.
