Walls - The Deadly Combo

Does anyone have any suggestions about resolving any conflicts between walls that have been cut by a roof plane and walls bellow that intersect on the X Y axis?

Before confusing you any further, I better attach some pictures and a plan file to show you what I mean.

So far it looks like the combination of Open Below, Roof Cuts Wall at Bottom, auto generated walls and walls on floor below intersecting these is a DEADLY one.

I am very interested in any and all comments on the subject.

To make it easy on the majority of users of this forum, I used the Imperial template to demonstrate the problem.
