Open below not working

I have this house that I have cathedral ceiling in two separate areas. I have not working on this drawing for few days. I opened the drawing and was going to show a friend what it looked like inside with the cathedral ceiling with open rafters. Bingo, I did not have the open ceiling. There was a ceiling about 8' high and I cannot get rid of it. It is the same way in both areas. It shows open below from above and no ceiling on the first floor. This is a total disaster. The last time I looked at it everything was okay.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

BTW using X2 and have shut down my computer and restarted but nothing works.
