Double box
Is there a way to stop the double box?
I just want a single on a cantilever floor.

Allen,
In the Build Framing DBX you could try changing the setting for the “Num of Top Plates” to 1. Hope this helps.

It is the rim joist I just want 1 of..

I can delete one and edit the framing easy enough unless auto framing is on...........
