Tip for X2 and text arrow layer

Just discovered this morning that if you want to use the standard text arrow and put it on a different layer when placing it, you have to set the layer for it in the "Rich text" default...not the standard text default.

I have a feeling that standard text might go bye-bye soon.

I hope you're wrong. Much as I'm pleased to have some rich text capabilities, I would rather that didn't happen.

Agreed. Rich Text has a little more growing up to do before it is the only game in town. If you specify white text in the rich text dbx (to place on a dark background), it disappears from the dbx as soon as you click ok. It is there, but it is white and invisible. It doesn't need to change to white in the dbx.
