    Two of several methods:
    1. In back-clipped cross section, draw a polyline slab and shape as needed. Make thickness something like 36" (or whatever you need) You can also manipulate it a bit in plan view.

    2. Draw a roof plane: I set the baseline to 0" and set the pitch to 2 and the roofing material to Blue.

Watch out with the roof plane. It can have unintended consequences as it reacts with the rest of the model. Think of floors and walls above the roof plane. What if you want hand rails on the ramp? What specific angle do you want on the ramp and how thick should it be?

The best way to build a ramp is to use Google SketchUp and import it into CA. I have a few ramps that I have collected that I will share. See if any of them work for you.
