Dimensioning elevations
This is how I generally used to dimension elevations

Anything that is user "defineable" in the z-axis in Chief should be "dimensionable" in elevations/sections. Chief has the info, ..........

I agree with Jim
There should be a tool to create an auto-magical elevation with the "standard" dims and it should be editable so that we can add anything else that is needed.
If there is more than one "standard" then give us a dbx with settings or a selection of Elevation style A or B or C ...

What do you define as "standard" dims?

Hi Sarah
Her is a picture of what I add to cross sections to the left.
The point markers are where I would like to see automatic elevation dimensions.
With the math done for us..
It was done as a cad on the first floor and i sent the plan into support addressed to you.
"Auto elevation Dimensions for Sarah"
Does the plan give me more extra points?
I didn't check my math to see if it was right...........
