Video cards, Dual Head or maybe Dual cards
It is time to buy a new system, Athlon 2.4 fast drive 512Meg etc just not sure about the video card. Matrox Pahelia benchmarks a lot slower than say Leadtek TI 4600 with VIVO. In the end it is the video cards that seem to date a system. I really like the idea of a two or even three monitor setup. Any advice on the Matrox dual head card compared to others would be appreciated. I have not done much rendering under V 8. as my P500 is now so very slow.
Thanks
Tony

Tony
Check out www.tomshardware.com for great info on new equipment and parts.
I have not read one thing that would make me buy a Pahelia card over a cheap on the rack card. I currently use a 4200 but am always keeping my eyes open.
The new ati 9700pro seems to be the card of right now, but watch closely if you want to use two monitors.Take Care
