printing problems

Hi, i have Cheif Architect 7.02 and ive recently purchased a HP 100 designjet.
However it can print pl1 files sometimes but never can print a layout file.
A warning pops up saying 'not enough disk space in drive C:, data was lost' but there is plenty of space in that drive (about 20GB) so that cant be the problem.
Has anybody got a solution to this or has encountered the same problem?

I have printed with another program useing the Print Screen function on your keyboard sometimes you have to hold down alt to put it on your clip board.

also check your printers cash size it may be to small
print to a file works also

exporting to adobe for a pdf will give the clearest results
