I'm considering getting into CA and we currently outsource our home design to designers using AutoCAD and preparing basic permit drawings. To convert say a typical 2 sty 2,000 sq ft house to a 3D CA walk through finished model - how much time would that take? From there how much time does it take (a professional user) to generate permitting drawings?
