copying multi-level plans
What is the best way to copy a plan that has multiple levels? I have tried to copy and paste each individual floor using the 'hold position' tool but it still seems to get weird, lose details, and put things in funny places. I am trying to create a 'study' model while leaving my original plan intact. Thanks

File -> Save As and then give the copy a new name

Example - The original plan has a foundation and three floors. You start a new, blank plan, it's only going to have 1 floor, so you need to set up your Floor Defaults and create the other floors BEFORE you could paste any information copied using Edit Area (All Floors) into the blank plan.
Much more work to try to do that for what you described than just doing a Save As.Chief Architect Premier X5

Obviously so, but I was just giving a chief way to do it in case it was needed
