Cant load bonus content correct!

I downloaded a few bonus packages and they're saved on my c drive. Ive copied them to my library, I've refreshed my library, restarted my pc and searched through threads to help me find a way. I have X1 and this is driving me nuts! I can see the files on my pc when i search through my folders but just not in chief. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong? I even did a library search.

You have to run the .msi files (double click them) and they will install the content to the Library.
