    Bow Window

    Chief X1

I have created a bow window. Used defaults to set trim etc and the bow window edit box to do what it can. However!

Default sizes do not match the vertical criteria on the bow.

Cannot find anything in the book or in the articles related to adjusting the sizes of the windows.

Can you tell me how to make those changes.

    Additional information.
Did try to build the individual wall components and place windows in them but the program does not let the widow frames come together on the inside corners. Keeps placing the widnow off centre. Program will not let the "centre" instruction change the position. Took off all of the casings and am working only with the sash.

    Thank you

click a window and hit the "tab" key to edit individually.

It sounds like you have not been able to open up the window dbx for each individual window? If you select the bow window over the window segment you want to adjust and then hit the tab key you should be able to open the dbx for that component. Not sure if this is what you are looking for.

As is often the case, I figured it out before logging back on to see the answers. Had tried the "tab" thing but guess I did not notice the tool bar changes. When I use the "next" feature on the tool bar the change was obvious.

Thank you anyway. Have a great weekend
