How to download my tutorial video

    Hello,
I just got this program last week by ordering online. I didn't get chance to download the tutorial video and now I don't know where to go to download it. I need to use this program asap and appreciate if someone can tell me how to do it.
Also could you tell me if it is possible to change the look of an object, for example, a chair I got from library I want to edit the look of it. Is it possible to do this or edit is just for changing the dimension and rotation of an item.

I hope I haven't asked too many question, but I have an project due next week and it is a huge project.
    Thank you so much,
    Roshrosh

you need to contact the vendor where you did the download

or CA's customer service but they are closed on the weekends

some objects like cabinets and doors and windows can be changed in Chief, others like furniture need to be changed in othercad like Sketchup

I believe you can use the free version of SU to do changes and then import the .SKP files into Chief.

    Thanks Lew,
I tried to contact vendor but they are closed until Monday.
Thanks for replying regarding the object edit, so I have to try to do it with sketch up. I have heard sketch up is easy to learn so may be this gives me a good reason to actually sit and learn it.
    Thanks again,

    Roshrosh,
Here is a link to the Chief Architect Animated Tour videos. http://www.chiefarchitect.com/script...matedtour.html
They are very basic but maybe they will help to get you started.

I would strongly suggest that you get working on the hand drawing right away and work on learning Chief when you have some time.

    Roshrosh,
Glad to hear that the link to the videos helped.

Hopefully you are following Louis’ suggestion and doing this project by hand since it does take awhile to come up the Chief learning curve. Good luck.

Can't recall drawing chairs when I drew by hand, for that matter for CD documents I draw with CA either....
