How to fill in gaps in pony walls below cantilevers

I have created pony walls on top of stepped foundation walls and there is a section that falls below a floor cantilever. All the rest of the walls "filled-in", but the one below the cantilever didn't and won't. Any suggestions?

Have you defined the part of your floor that bumps out as a separate room, with an invisible wall between it and the adjacent deck that bears on foundation?
