Ceiling showing up on wrong floor

    I am using version 9.5 - I know I know I need to upgrade.

Anyway for some reason when I go to 3D view I can see a ceiling plane a floor above where my roof shows. I have attached an image to help describe. Any idea how to fix this? I have redrawn this one part of the roof twice and it looks fine the first time in 3d view, then the next time the problem repeats itself.

Any ideas how to stop this from reoccuring as it makes my whole drawing look bad.

    Thanks in advance Chief Gurus!!

Is that a ceiling over a deck that is showing? If so, select that room and turn off ceilings.

Its a ceiling over a porch, that also extends up as a saddle roof.

I have attached 3 more images, hopefully one of those help.

I have used Chief for a long time and never had this problem. I have had problems with eavestrough showing up at weird times, but never ceilings.

I am sorry, I still can not tell what is causing this just by looking. It might be good to post the plan.

Just go to file export entire plan to your desktop and then on chieftalk do a reply and attach it.

Well I think I found a work around. I carried one roof plane just up to the dormer wall. Then created second roof planes from where that roof ended up to the peak of the saddle. I don't seem to have the issues anymore. In reality its the same difference. Just another weird quirk.
