floor heights amnesia

hello again,
i have another question since it always annoys me. it's about setting floor and framing defaults for floor 1, then building a new floor 2 but somehow chief doesn't use the defaults from floor 1 to build the 2nd one and simply invents some numbers for height of particular elements. please see the attached pictures for what i'm getting. I would basically like to have a constant floor thickness 20 cm thick and constant ceiling height of 260 cm. how can i convince chief to use floor 1 defaults on every floor i build, how would you make such a template so i don't have to correct these values on every new plan.
