Thanks, Joey. That wasn't exactly the solution, but in going 'round the three sides of that landing, checking specs on all three, one of my SELECT clicks discovered a wall, a railing wall, right across where the mystery railing is.
I deleted the highlighted wall, and that solved it. Who knows what generated that little wall, but hey, it's gone now!Gene Davis
