cad box default not fixed?

Hi to all. One fix i was looking out for in this patch was the cadbox default check box. As i have posted earlier, if i am in "cad" and drew a cad framing box, then change it to another layer, the framing box will not inherit the new layer's default line thickness even if i check the dialogue box to for it to do so. Was this an oversight or is that NOT a priority? I find it annoying having to remember the layer's default.
