Camera Move Tools in Overview
How come if I am in render overview I do not have access to the camera move tool button?

Brayden
With the render overview window active, right click up on the menu bar, select custom toolbars, tools tab, scroll to find the orbit camera tools, drag it onto the view window.
Now I believe each time you open a render view that tool will be available.
Just starting to use X1 honestly myself and going nuts with all the new toolbars and toolbar configs,,,,

The “orbit camera tools” is a tool box,,,, with pull down menu!
The orbit, pan, pointer child button are within,,,
Or just when in that view hit Alt-o and you’ll be in pan mode.

I am using 10.08 - is that the problem? When I m in that view all I get is the orbit tool. If I click that it doesnt give me any pan options. If I hit Alt-o Chief literally yells "Brayden, you dumb ass that doesnt work here!"

Like Ray has said, try the Custom Toolbar and get the tools you need.

Arrrrrrrrrrrrr,,, Braydon, there is no pan available in full render overview with 10.o. I believe the pan function is only available in camera shots!
X1 has pan in most all views,,, me thinks
My head is spinning, Ray
