Ghost Image
I have a 4' circle image that is appearing on all X1 plans and is on any new plan I open. This circle cannot be selected and is still on in any "all off" layer for any plan. Anybody run across this before? Cannot find previous thread discussing this problem.

I've seen this on existing plans, it usually seems to be one of those error circles that Chief draws, but doesn't go away. Never seen it on new plans though.

Open your profile plan, go into preferences, reset options, and click on reset message boxes. Then hit save & close the plan.

Ghost Circles
O.K. whats going on--these circles suddenly disappeared on all my plans without my doing anything. When they do appear, they cannot be removed, are on every layer and every level. What might I do next time they appear?

Thanks, Allan, I will try this next time. As I mentioned, they disappeared but i will save this approach should they reappear.

Your welcome. What they are, is a circle that is part of a warning, that lets you know something is amiss. Such as a roof intruding into the second floor, a wall layer reversed, a polyline or counter top not formed properly, or something similar. You usually don't get them when you need them to find the offending item, but when you do, they cannot be selected.

Like these, I keep getting these two on a plan, but no circle telling me where they are. So I ignore them.
