    closing a polyline?

I have a polyline which appears to be closed, i.e., there are no noticeable gaps and there are vertices at each connection point. However, when I open it, CA says it's unclosed. How do you close a polyline which visually appears closed? Is there a way to identify where the break is?

The move handles on a closed join are diamonds.
The move handles on an open join are squares.

If their not connected, go to each joint and click on them. Once you click on the open spot, it should connect.

Thanks for your replies, gentlemen. Glenn- your suggestion did the trick. When I clicked on the pline, all the closed joints were diamonds and the open joint was a square. I was then able to close the joint successfully.
