Can Anyone Point Me In The Right Direction To Achieve This, I Have Some Ideas But None Seem To Be Coming Out Right....thanks In Advanced

Yes. Are you working with X1? Use 3D molding polyline for the upper section, use a molding polyline for the lower section.
Does that help at all, or do you need more?
BTW, if you're not using X1, you've got a lot of work ahead of you. If you are, it's a breeze.Allen Brown

Also, in the 11.54 upgrade, you can now do frieze moldings under the build roof dialog...this would take care of the upper molding (but not the corbels unless you build a 3d molding with corbel incorporated), and the lower molding can be just a molding polyline.

Thank you guys i did use the frieze molding and that gave me the effect i was looking for also Allen's idea worked as well so now i have more than one way thanks soo much
