Yes. Are you working with X1? Use 3D molding polyline for the upper section, use a molding polyline for the lower section.
Does that help at all, or do you need more?
BTW, if you're not using X1, you've got a lot of work ahead of you. If you are, it's a breeze.Allen Brown

Also, in the 11.54 upgrade, you can now do frieze moldings under the build roof dialog...this would take care of the upper molding (but not the corbels unless you build a 3d molding with corbel incorporated), and the lower molding can be just a molding polyline.
