    Survey Help

    Hello:

    I got a survey in cad & a pdf format.
    I cant seem to understand how to re-create this in C.A.
    Can any one help please?

    These threads discuss how to set the North Pointer so that the left boundary line on your survey would be set at 90 degrees to the screen and also how to the arc at top of the survey.

    If you have it in cad .dwg or .dxf format go to file /import / dwg .dxf and save the drawing to Chief. Don

    Certainly would help if it had directions on it. N36'00"E that stuff. Did a surveyor do that ? If so they need to finish...

    good point, it was late and I didn't zoom in on it.


    My partner, has done as Don suggested and import the survey in either as a .dwg or a .jpg and then traced over it after scaling the image.
