I know this is an old subject but I have a new observation. I have often noticed that the living area of a plan seems to change on it’s own. I have a new plan that I was checking the living area and switched to surface from main layer and got no change. Rebuild WFC, change main layers, refresh, F5 etc. everything. The only way to recalculate the footage is to close the plan and open it again then the footage reflects the change to the layer I assign.
